What People Say About Jason Amato

I’m Grateful for Every Person Who’s Believed in Me

These words mean more to me than any award ever could. Here’s what the people I’ve worked alongside have to say.

I’ve spent over two decades in the home services industry — building companies, training technicians, coaching business owners, and learning from some of the best people I’ve ever met. Along the way, I’ve been blessed to earn some recognition that still humbles me to this day. Being inducted into the Home Services Hall of Fame by SGI (Success Group International) — the largest best-practice organization of its kind — was a moment I’ll never forget. Winning Trainer of the Year back-to-back in 2010 and 2011, and seeing Power Crew Electric earn Business Company of the Year that same year? Those weren’t just my wins. They belonged to every technician, every team member, and every customer who trusted us.

But honestly, the recognition that means the most doesn’t come from trophies or plaques. It comes from the people I’ve walked beside — the ones who took a chance on working with me, who pushed me to be better, and who were generous enough to share what our time together meant to them.

What My Friends and Colleagues Say

I want to share some words from people who’ve made a real difference in my life. These aren’t paid endorsements or marketing copy — they’re from real relationships that I treasure deeply.

“I’m grateful to be associated with Jason and fully believe in his vision.”

— Mike Donovan, CEO & Founder, Search Engines MD

Mike and I have been in each other’s corner for years. His belief in what I’m building means the world to me.

“I’m constantly inspired by your determination to turn setbacks into rocket fuel.”

— Brandon Stowe, CEO, Pathway Partners Group

Brandon is my business partner, but more importantly, he’s my brother. We’ve been through the fire together and come out stronger on the other side every single time.

“Jason Amato and Brandon Stowe know how to scale companies. Together, they’ve built more than a dozen brands and successfully exited four of them.”

— The Pathway Platform, Pathway Partners Group

“Jason’s frameworks transformed how we operate. Our team is more aligned, more motivated, and delivering better results than ever.”

— Home Services CEO

I always tell people — I don’t have a magic formula. I just believe that if you take care of your people, your people will take care of your customers. When I hear that a team is more aligned and motivated? That’s the whole ballgame right there.

A Few Words from Pathway Partners Group

When the team at Pathway Partners Group wrote this about me, I was honestly overwhelmed. These are the people who see me every day — at my best and at my worst — and this is what they chose to say:

“Jason Amato is a man of faith who has inspired countless individuals to achieve success in their professional lives. His extensive contributions span inspirational speaking, coaching, consulting, entrepreneurship, and master electrical work. Through his leadership, he has empowered individuals to pursue their dreams and reach new heights. His mentorship has led over a dozen former employees to launch their own successful ventures.”

— Pathway Partners Group, Strategic Acquisitions Firm (11+ Home Service Companies)

That last part — about over a dozen former employees launching their own businesses — that’s what makes me most proud. I didn’t just build a company. I helped build people who went on to build companies of their own. If that’s not legacy, I don’t know what is.

What Our Customers Say About Power Crew Electric

I founded Power Crew Electric in 2005, and for nearly two decades, my team and I poured everything we had into serving the people of Omaha. Every call, every job, every follow-up — we treated every customer like family. After serving over 24,000 customers, we earned a 5.0-star rating on Google and maintain a 4.3-star rating across 100+ reviews. Those numbers aren’t just stats to me. Every one of those reviews represents a family who let us into their home and trusted us to do right by them.

“He tested, isolated the cause and corrected the issue on the spot.”

— Power Crew Electric Customer, Google Review

“Great experience and work completed timely, friendly technician.”

— Power Crew Electric Customer, Google Review

When I read reviews like these, I think about all the technicians I trained over the years — the ones who showed up on time, explained the work clearly, and treated every home with respect. That’s the culture we built, and I’ll always be proud of it.

The Numbers Behind the Journey

I’m not really a numbers guy — I’m a people guy. But sometimes the numbers tell a story that’s hard to ignore. Here’s what two decades of hard work, great partnerships, and God’s grace have added up to:

The People Who Shaped Me

I’ve been lucky enough to learn from and work alongside some of the greatest minds in home services. People like Ken Goodrich (founder of Goettl Air Conditioning), Tommy Mello (founder of A1 Garage Door Services), Patrick Kennedy (president of Mr. Sparky and founder of ESI), and Brandon Stowe (CEO of Pathway Partners Group) — these aren’t just names I drop. These are people who picked up the phone when I needed advice, who challenged me to think bigger, and who trusted me enough to collaborate on real projects.

Early in my career, I co-developed the Technician My Way training system with Chris Raspino at Nexstar Network (then Contractor 2000). That experience taught me that the best training doesn’t just teach skills — it transforms how people see themselves. I went on to run SGI’s Success Days and speak at industry expos from 2004 to 2015. Now, I get to co-host the Rise and Scale Home Service Podcast with Brandon Stowe, where we share everything we’ve learned with the next generation of home service entrepreneurs.

Every one of these relationships started the same way — with a genuine desire to serve and add value. I wasn’t networking. I was just trying to help. And those people helped me right back, more than they’ll ever know.

Where You Can Find Me in the Media

I never set out to be a “media personality” — I just wanted to share what I’ve learned so other people don’t have to make the same mistakes I did. Here are a few places where my story has been featured:

Las Vegas Business Press — I was featured in a profile about Ken Goodrich and his wellness initiatives in the home services industry. They highlighted my personal transformation journey, which is something I’m really open about — because if my story can help even one person take their health seriously, it’s worth sharing.

SixPoint Financial Partners Podcast — I sat down to tell my entrepreneurial story, and it really resonated with people. That episode has generated over 7,600 views on YouTube, which tells me there are a lot of people out there who are hungry for real talk about building a business.

Rise and Scale Home Service Podcast — This is my baby. Brandon Stowe and I co-host this show because we genuinely love helping contractors and home service business owners level up. Every episode is packed with strategies, stories, and interviews with people who are doing incredible things in our industry.

BlitzMetrics — Dennis Yu and his team featured me as a case study on how AI-powered personal brand building creates search visibility for industry leaders. The fact that they chose my story to showcase this approach is both humbling and exciting — it shows that authentic personal brands can be amplified with the right strategy.
